The final cost of an H2OME or a related commercial structure is dependant on a number of factors, including the location where the unit is installed, the type of access selected, the availability of shore services, the level of interior luxury, etc. A rough budgetary number would be $10 million. A firm price quote is available upon completion of a site feasibility study and owner interview.

Poseidon Undersea Resorts plans on building five resort locations for its own account. As a result, Poseidon-type undersea resorts cannot be built for third parties. However, depending on circumstances, Poseidon may consider a joint venture.

U.S. Submarine Structures can build smaller, hybrid commercial structures that include underwater suites, a restaurant/bar, etc.
